The day has progressed and thankfully my early morning flu symptoms don’t seem to have progressed in the same manner. The headache subsided hours ago and although the throat is still sore and the nose still runny, I certainly don’t feel anything like as miserable as earlier in the day. 
Who was it that said all men are wimps and ready to succumb to man-cold at the drop of a hat?
