What is the statue saying?

This morning I did a Question of Sport type, What Happened Next blog. Well some of you were pretty close with your answers.

The Jonkers car decided racing was altogether too boring so to entertain us further put on a little aerial display all on its own!

I missed the actual 'launch' but as you'll see the car rolloed and bounced quite nicely!

No cars were abused during the taking of these photogaphs...
