As the Bank Holiday weekend has arrived and the weather has improved, I guess many of you may be heading for the coast over the next couple of days. Hope you have fun if you do.

What sort of things might you find on your patch of sand though? I'll bet you wouldn't expect to land next to this lot:

I've no idea, but I don't think I've seen so many cast-off shoes in one place before! What's your opinion?

Lots of people ignore wild flowers; after all they're just weeds aren't they? It's a big mistake. Some our native flora are truly beautiful.
