Just concluding my little reverie of things you might find on a beach. These are pebbles at the bottom of a rock pool:

I'll have to hold my hand up here and say I'm far from expert at wildlife photography (or any other kind of photography if it comes to that).

I've spent hours just sitting waiting to photograph badgers and foxes and come away with nothing. In fact I don't have a single photograph of a badger and the best image I ever grabbed of a fox was almost by accident - right place at the right time.

Still here are a few of the things you may get to see in the British countryside if you keep your eyes open.
