I rather like this guy. He lives and breathes sincerity and guts; essential qualities for merchantmen on the Russian convoy run back in the 1940s...

It does rather convey someone running against the forces which are holding them back until they finally break free, the momentum forcing them up and away from the cold solid barrier that kept them entombed. Not a sculpture I'd have considered without your prompt Usky, but now I have, I have the pleasure of appreciation too! Thanks again Uskers for showing the interesting depth there is to all aspects of life! I hope your day is progressing well. C.
