Damn weather... It just seems to rain and rain doesn't it? Yesterday afternoon the rain stopped for about an hour though and the sun actually broke through the clouds. Things began to dry up a little and the world looked a different place.

I took the opportunity to venture out the back door and put some rubbish in the bin without having to dodge the raindrops and would you believe it? The local wildlife was also taking the opportunity to get out and about for a good feed...

I couldn't help but wonder why slugs and snails waited for the rain to stop before venturing out... are they really that bothered by the weather?
