If I saw it around here in Norfolk or in the Fens, I'd expect it to have something to do with planting or harvesting root crops, such as potatoes or sugarbeet, but as it's Wales maybe its for dealing with leeks...

It is kinda neat what we see then reminds us of others. I would not associate you with rust. Perhaps fields, scenic pictures, nature and such?
