Loo with a view

What picture comes to mind when you think of a public convenience? For me I have to say it's a rather unsavoury one; especially true when I think about the various gents toilets in Newport city centre.
They're not all bad of course, but many a public loo could do with some serious and immediate attention. Even when clean, the experience is often marred by the broken door locks, tasteless 'toilet art' and scrawled 'adverts' and contact numbers.
How refreshing then to find a story on the BBC web about a loo that attracts some 25,000 visitors a year just to look at the walls...
