A brief explanation

It occurred to me looking back over some of this morning's comments that I ought to offer an explanation about one of mine...

I said earlier that Rhossili Bay is a great favourite with hang-gliding enthusiasts and water-babies alike... but if you don't actually know Rhossili Bay, you wouldn't know why.

A picture speaks a thousand words... so I'm going to shut up now! :yes:

Oh wow that is exhilarating! You can feel the freedom and fresh air! Some amazing storms I'd imagine as well lovely!

  It can be a bit wild on that part of the coast... the number of wrecked vessels on the beach is testament to that. Stunningly beautiful at times too though.

The only two places I've been to in Wales are Tenby [which I loved} and Rhyl [which I thought was a dump}. I suspect that where the photograph was taken isn't that near to either.

  Nearer to Tenby than Rhyl... Rhossili is on the Gower coat. Not too far from Swansea in fact.
