I know, I know... what the heck am I doing up and about at 4:30 on a Saturday morning? For a change I do actually have a reason for it... :yes:

So anyway today is crunch day for Wales in this year's Six Nations championship... a win against Ireland today will secure the Triple Crown and keep the lads in red on course for the Grand Slam. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. :yes:
