I'm about to hit the kitchen, but just before I do I thought I'd ask a quick question...
In photography we're always told to "fill the frame". So here are two images of the same thing... and I'd like to know whether you prefer:

I love the detail on B but if I had to choose then I would go for A as it makes for a prettier picture

All those hairs are incredibly soft of course, but they could so easily be spiky like cactus plants.
depends what you are doing with it.
I'd love to take B, blow it up and put it on a wall.
A is interesting coz of the contrast of brown and green.
