Another tortuous morning ahead for old Usky... I really don't like these group therapy sessions. 
I'll just have to practice my self preservation techniques and take myself off in my head to somewhere like this.
In my mind I'm doing a little mantra
can't you see the sunshine
can't you just feel the moon shine
and ain't it just like a friend of mine
to come and hit me from behind
and I'm doing a little mantra in my mind...

Pro I haven't done much sleeping, but I expect to put that right today.
I thought therapy was meant to do you good, but you seem to suffer more than you win from them!

Pro I don't mind the therapy to be honest, it's the group thing I don't like. The dynamics just aren't working for me.... another cross to bear I'm afraid.

Pro I'll try that technique while I'm doing my aqua excercise today (don't really want to go but it's supposed to do my arthritus good). I'l pretend I'm in pool somewhere overseas with a glass of something nice waiting for me when I get out.

Pro Sadly no, it isn't helping me at all. It may be helping others... though from the 'fag break' conversations, I doubt it is helping many... it might help if the people running it had the first idea about group dynamics and they effect the individuals...

Pro I really need to complete these sessions... I feel this is something I have to do now... even if only to prove to myself I can do it.
