I do love Rosemary... as a herb and as a garden plant. I find the little white flowers quite beautiful and the scent as you brush past he leaves is heavenly...

Of course for me the love affair with rosemary started in the kitchen... as a Mediterranean herb, rosemary works so incredibly well with lamb, pork, some fish, chicken and beef... oh and rabbit... I nearly forgot wabbit...

Could I live my life without rosemary? Well yes... but I'd much rather not!

I love the springtime... it's always nice to see things springing into life again.

I particularly like seeing fruit blossom... and thinking about the promise of seasonal fresh tasty niceties...

These are apple blossom of the variety Worcester Permain... a particular favourite of mine.

And as we all know, an apple a day keeps the doctor at bay!

Well I've no idea what it was all about or why, but I woke up feeling sick this morning... and it wasn't too long before the feeling became a reality...

Tried a piece of dry bread because I was feeling empty... and it didn't come back to re-visit me... so made some toast... lightly buttered and spread with Marmite... I guess I have something in common with Paddington after all...

And I'm cold and shivery now too... wonder if this means I'm coming down with something nasty? Damn well hope not.......

Now, where am I going to find a painted Indian?
