A Grand Day Out

I've had a lovely day today.... :yes:

I haven't had a day out for ages :no:

But today I had a lovely day out.... :yes:

And with a lovely lady too...... :>>

Oh dear.... should I admit to having had a day out with a woman of the opposite sex? :??:

Well look anyway... I'm not going to tell you who it was I had a lovely day out with, so just accept I had a lovely day out... :yes:

While we were out and about I spotted this wonderful old Tudor house....

With wonderful old Tudor timbers...

And just look at the detail on the end of the beam...

What a wonderful little face isn't it?

Happy little chappie, huh? :))

Its a gargoyle isn't it? I remember being fascinated by a story on gargoyles when I was a child -no idea what the book was called! I like the sounds of the day out - here's hoping its the start of many
