All I feel like doing is crawling back into my shell... and shutting out the big bad world....

Another tortuous morning ahead for old Usky... I really don't like these group therapy sessions.

I'll just have to practice my self preservation techniques and take myself off in my head to somewhere like this.

In my mind I'm doing a little mantra
can't you see the sunshine
can't you just feel the moon shine
and ain't it just like a friend of mine
to come and hit me from behind
