I shook, rattled and rolled like a good 'un... can't beat bopping about in the kitchen.

Beef stroganoff, rice and garlic bread...

I have to say I wasn't sure... so I've just looked him up.
Big Joe Turner (The Boss of the Blues), born 18 May 1911.
Big Joe Turner's career as a performer stretched from the 1920s into the 1980s.
Turner hit it big in 1954 with "Shake, Rattle and Roll", which not only enhanced his career, turning him into a teenage favourite, but also helped to transform popular music.
He was also a cook and a bartender... just to keep himself busy!
