...the stats are suddenly so low?
Has anyone else noticed? Not that I'm overly bothered, but visitors to my blog seem to have dropped dramatically since I moved to the new design interface...

Mine seem to have gone down by a factor of about 10 which seems a bit extreme... I wish I hadn't looked now!

I've got a counter on my blog which is a darned sight more accurate than the stats provided by BCUK...LOL...I know exactly how many visits I've had and it's not what I'm told in the stats...you should get one...there's loads of sites out there where you can get them for free...great big hugs...XX

Interestingly I've just checked my stats on an independent counter and that says I've had no visitors at all!

I used to have one of those independent counters on my last blog site. Was rather interesting because it told me where in the world all of my visitors were coming from

Yeah, mine was always different too; always registered more visitors on the independent counter; probably updated faster and more accurately than the blog sites counter.

BCUK says I've had 51 visitors, the counter says 91 (43 being unique).-

I've never understood why everyone is so obsessed about their stats (which is no chiding of you, my dear). Don't worry about it, you have your regular loyal visitors *cough* and that's what's important, don't you think?

Absolutely right; the number of visitors doesn't really matter at all to me, but I would be interested to know why there was such a dramatic drop in the figures after I changed to the new blog design. It's the technician in me seeking answers...
