The price of real estate being as it is, that person will need deep pockets. It would be nice to see the house lived in again though.

.. nice trees and green, the house looks charming - although
just looking at it, it will cost lots of mullah to renovate it
to today's efficiency.
..there seem to be a sag on the roof's apex, looks good though!-

You know, my dreams began with a basket costing 30pence in a jumble sale. It was an old fashioned 1920's style wicker basket with a handle. I remember buying it and thinking to myself that one day I would have a place where I could grow my own fruit and veg and gather them in that basket. It took years and years to happen, but eventually it did.
Some years after that I bought hanging baskets specially for the home I dreamed I'd have.
If you really fancy living somewhere like that then start piecing your dream together, small chunk by small chunk.
And good luck, you deserve it!-
