When I was a baby my Mom used to pin my diaper to the bed with a large blanket pin/
Maybe that might be the answer guy. LOL
I suffer from insomnia too, what can you do at 3am?

The only thing to do at 3am just now is watch the Olympics... at least that's more stimulating than the usual early morning TV.
Being pinned to the bed might be an option, if I wore something a pin could be attached to.
