Has the infamous, or perhaps I should just say famous nowadays, graffiti artist Banksy been travelling through Europe?
Well maybe but I suspect this might be the work of a local... I like it though... even if I have no idea what it says!

I really dislike graffiti, at least most of it. They guys who do it disfigure and distort. Some think it is an artform, I think it is criminal. One woman's opinion.
