If there's one thing I hate it's sitting around waiting for someone to call, in this case Mr Hotpoint. There's a limit to what you can do while you're hanging about...

I have half an eye on the TV, The Sons of Katie Elder, but there's a limit to how many times you can enjoy The Duke in an old movie...

Morning Mist at Tintern

It's a really glorious morning here in Uskyland today... the sun is shining... the skies are blue... the wind isn't doing anything at all... just the sort of day to going out with the camera and capturing some spectacular images... and what will Usky be doing this fine day? Sitting here waiting for the Hotpoint engineer to come and fix the 'fridge, which inconveniently decided to die last week!

Oh well... this is in memory of a similarly beautiful morning from around 12 months ago.
