Egrets are really quite good fishermen... more efficient than your average heron

Well it's definitely Portsmouth water and that's a seabird about to land on it. The reflection is probably a lamp standard rather than the Spinnaker Tower.

You do see them in fresh water... but also in brackish and salt-water estuaries...
