Hello all... just a note to say I'm still alive and well(?) and have been missing you guys... your positive thoughts and messages have been a real help to me recently and I thank you all sincerely... but now it's time to watch your backs because Usky is almost back to 'normal'...

Pro I am ok thanks, we all have good and bad days, just have to try and make sure the good outweigh the bad. have started a thing with the blonde where she has to tell me 3 good things about her day before she goes to sleep - it helps reinforce a belief that life is good apparently and I have also started listing 3 things of my own - not convinced that life is wonderful, but it does make me see that every single day there is something to be thankful for x

Yeah a funny old thing, life. We all have something to be thankful for... well, the vast majority of us do anyway... it's hard to see the wood for the trees at times though isn't it?
